We have proven scalability, performance and reliability with many successful deployments of 1,000+ field resources, such as ADT, Assurant, Avaya, Farmers Insurance, GE, Pitney Bowes and top 10 US retailers all with very demanding incoming job streams. We've proved our software up to 5,000 transactions per minute across 40,000 field resources in a joint bench test with HP utilizing their latest blade servers.

Travel time is critical to making good scheduling decisions, it must be accurate, it must be quick to retrieve especially when you have thousands of different places you could put a job in the schedule, which is why we have a fundamentally different approach to travel time calculations.
There are broadly 3 approaches to calculating travel times in schedules:
1. As the crow flies. This is the most inaccurate form of calculation and is therefore, NEVER used in our solutions
2. Street level routing and geocoding. Is as accurate as a computer drive time can be, is available off the shelf from various companies, but can be expensive, require a larger amount of server resources and is also quite slow even though you might be able to lookup a single journey in 1/4 of a second, imagine when you have 1,000's of journeys to lookup and is therefore NEVER used in our solutions
3. Pre-Built street level routing travel matrix cached in-memory, provides accurate drive times using the same road network as 2. but as the journeys are pre-calculated and stored in memory the system is capable of looking up many 1,000's of drive times in 1/4 of a second. This is servicepower's approach to travel time.
