SERVICEMobility enables
mobile field staff to receive information about the jobs
they are scheduled to do, including pre-defined customer
data, and send back updates about the progress made on
each job using your preferred mobile device.
This direct feedback loop from the mobile field staff
allows the ServicePower scheduling engine to automatically
react to changes without any manual intervention by dispatchers.
